Hawaii and New Chapters

I recently had a milestone birthday, which I celebrated in Hawaii. Let me tell you a quick thing about Hawaii: have you ever stepped off a plane somewhere you've never been before and you just knew you were home? That's the Hawaiian Islands for me. I have been three times now, though I definitely need to explore more of the islands. 

This last picture is the beach right by Cheeseburger in Paradise in Lahaina, Maui, at about 11:58 PM before my birthday. When midnight hit, my mom, one of my best friends, and I ran into the surf (which was really cold) and I made my milestone birthday in the water. I couldn't have asked for a better way welcome a new decade, and I really honestly hope that one day, Hawaii becomes a new chapter in my life.
